General Term and policy
The use of this site is governed by the
policies, terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of
these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any
subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not
such terms or conditions are signed by GatecomUSA.com. GatecomUSA.com reserves
the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any
time. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using
buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
Sales Tax
GatecomUSA.com shall automatically charge and
withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes
on orders shipped to any other state.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover that are issued in the United
States. For credit verification purposes, credit cards issued outside of the
United States will not be accepted. There is no surcharge for using your credit
card to make purchases with GatecomUSA.com. Please be sure to provide the
correct and exact billing address and telephone number. If you wish to have your
order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of
the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be
billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks
GatecomUSA.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and
company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a
money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up
to ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order
is processed. GatecomUSA.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by
the time funds clear. We will charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. Please
phone in your order if you wish to pay using one of these methods.
Wire Transfers
GatecomUSA.com does accept wire transfers. Please contact
Service@gatecomusa.com or call (718) 888.2000 to obtain the necessary wire
transfer information. Your order will ship within 48 hours upon receipt of the
wire transfer. To cover bank charges, there is a $15 fee for wire transfer
payments
Order Acceptance
The advertisement of any product on this site
does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an
electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance
of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
GatecomUSA.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to
accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an
acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may
require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Cancellation
If you must cancel an order for any reason,
please contact our Customer service center at 718.888.2000 or email us with your
name, order number, item part number and description at service@gatecomusa.com.
A GatecomUSA.com Customer Service Specialist will determine whether the order
has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can usually process
the cancellation. If the cancellation is confirmed, GatecomUSA.com will send
you a confirmation email. This confirmation email is your proof of cancellation
and will be necessary, in case of any questions, to waive shipping/handling
and/or restocking fees.
If you receive the order, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of
return shipping. Again, unless you have a confirmation email stating the order
cancellation prior to shipment, there will be a $25 or 15% restock fee
(whichever is greater) for all refused shipments. If you do not refuse delivery,
you must obtain an RMA number to return your item(s). You will be liable for the
return shipping fees. The package must be unopened in new "as shipped" condition
to be eligible for a credit. |
